​The Q-niverse” is home to virtual manifestations of laws that protect members of the LGBTQIA+ community in the public schools of New York. In this concept created by Joan Creative each law has a unique look and personality and this allows the youth of NYC public schools to connect emotionally and cognitively to the various chapters of LGBTQIA+ rights.

FERPA is one of the five characters we designed to personify the laws and make it easier to pick up the rights! ​Dignity for all students act” a.k.a DASA is another one. EEA is a character and stands for Equal Access Act.
