Liesbeth Demolder is managing director and partner at Brussels based creative audio studio Raygun. 

She is making good use of her 20 years experience as an art director at DDB and BBDO intuitively leading her team, teaching them new ways to grow and to discover their strengths. 

Liesbeth aims to make a difference in creative audio, helping brands to find their beat and supporting creative audio projects that aim to contribute to society as she has an appetite for remarkable stories and experiences. 

She looks forward to grow in her female sensitive leadership and she vows to continue to see the beauty and positivism in a world that so desperately needs it.
