TBWA\London Promotes Lauren Coates to Creative Director Leading the Agency’s adidas Business

Lauren Coates, senior creative at TBWA\London, has been promoted to the position of creative director. In her new role, Lauren will now lead all of TBWA\London’s creative output for adidas, working closely with the network’s Amsterdam office. She will also work closely with chief creative officer, Andy Jex.

Lauren has been a creative at TBWA\London for the past six years. In that time she has worked across a variety of clients including Nissan and adidas. Lauren also mentors the junior teams and placements and was named in Campaigns Future Leaders 2022 list. The promotion follows the recent creative appointment of Melody Sylvester as chief production officer.

Andy Jex, TBWA\London CCO, said: “With adidas being a growing account and formidable force of creativity it needs a dedicated creative lead such as Lauren. She innately understands the brand and has led on all the creative output for adidas this year. This step up will see Lauren continuing to build on the reputation and creative momentum we’re building as an agency.”
