Independent agency Dotted Line has been named one of Adweek’s 2022 Fastest Growing Agencies, an annual recognition honouring the 75 agencies large and small from all over the world who have achieved significant growth over the past three years. With a growth rate of 217%, Dotted Line is ranked #22 overall and is recognized as a top women-led agency and a top Southeast agency on the list.
The creative agency’s investment in A-level talent and a culture that prioritizes learning and development has driven its rapid business growth from new and existing clients.
“Two years ago, we set out to achieve three goals in three years: to exceed client expectations, secure the largest client account in our agency’s history, and become recognised as a best place to work. Not only have we accomplished those goals in less than three years, but Adweek’s recognition is also the culmination of the hard work and dedication our team has invested into the growth and success of Dotted Line and a testament to our ever-improving work and culture,” said Lauren Sweeney, founder and CEO of Dotted Line. “As a small agency, it’s incredibly gratifying to have our business growth and commitment to collaboration and talent validated on a global level.”
Dotted Line has racked up numerous awards and recognitions this year. The agency debuted on the Inc. 5000 2022 and was named a Virginia Business Best Place to Work.
Sweeney was also recognised by Virginia Business’ Women in Leadership Awards.
Dotted Line continues to invest in top-tier talent. Brand builder and creative leader Jonathan Goldberg was recently appointed as Executive Creative Director to help guide the agency’s creative vision and scale the team to support business growth.
Dotted Line works with a diverse roster of clients, including Worksite Labs, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Southern Land Company and Shades of Light, among others.
