Deutsch LA Gives Back to Employees with 'Thank You Week'

With Thanksgiving just a few days away (can you even believe it?!), Deutsch LA will close its office for the entire week as an expression of gratitude to its employees, aptly called, 'Thank You Week.'

Introduced in 2021 in response to the everyday stressors caused by the pandemic, the agency felt it was necessary to offer a paid week-long mental health break for personal wellness and quality time with loved ones. Deutsch partnered with clients to ensure it could employ the initiative agency-wide, and not just for certain departments. The policy also leans into one of Deutsch's core values - Care the Most and reinforces its commitment to its people and its ability to lead with empathy and a ton of heart.
